At the historic Basilica of Santa Maria della Passione, the BORISTENE Association celebrated the music and spirit of Ukraine with a classical concert. Eight Ukrainian artists, refugees in Italy following the Russian invasion, performed a musical program that ranged from works by renowned Ukrainian classical composers to pieces by international authors, reflecting the spirit of Ukraine. ​ ‍The concert also featured traditional Ukrainian Christmas carols (kolyadky), including Shchedryk, also known as Carol of the Bells. ​ H.E. Andrii Yurash, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Holy See, opened the event, emphasizing its cultural and symbolic importance.
